Rates matter, but so do loan features, repayment flexibility, and how your current facility supports future plans.
A loan review is useful whenever your circumstances, income, property plans, or lending market conditions have changed. It is an opportunity to understand what you have today before considering what might be better suited.
Any switch has costs and conditions. Ask for a side-by-side view of repayments, fees, useful features, and the likely time needed for savings to outweigh changeover costs.
